If you are transporting goods or passengers on a commercial basis...
it does not matter if you have one 4x4 pick up and trailer combination plated over 3500kg or 100 LGV's, a 10 seated minibus or large fleet of luxury coaches, you are required to comply with the relative legislation - Many are not aware that they need to comply.
